Thank you for choosing Computer Protectors LLC. We strive to provide high-quality software solutions to our customers. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning our software products.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns for yearly subscriptions are only accepted prior to the customer receiving their welcome email, which contains a non-refundable software license. The welcome email is sent out 24 – 48 hours after purchasing. After that timeframe, you will be charged for the remainder of the year, but can cancel for the following year anytime prior to the next years subscription start date.

Returns for monthly subscriptions can be made at any time. However, you will still be charged for the current months usage.


Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at Helpdesk@ComputerProtectors.com within the eligible timeframe mentioned above. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (Yearly subscription), the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within the eligible timeframe.
The software license should not have been delivered to the customer.
The software should not have been activated or used.


Refund Process

Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note, it may take up to 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
